Seal off any openings for heat loss and rodent infiltration.
Replace drafty windows/doors with more energy efficient (tax credits)
Repair drive/masonry cracks to minimize lifting from frost.
Replace rotted trim (pre-primed and painted off site, as required.
Shut down exterior hose bibs.
Prune trees and scrubs.
Clean gutters and seal openings from fascia.

I contacted Neal to seal our driveway and was pleasantly surprised with the results. He was reliable and did an extremely thorough job. Mostly I appreciate his continued updates on status. I always knew what was happening and when. The driveway looks great and Neal has since taken on other projects for us that we just couldn’t get to such as the refinishing the shed and pointing the front walkway. I have a feeling he’ll be a great resource for us in the future too.
