• Seal off any openings for heat loss and rodent infiltration.
• Replace drafty windows/doors with more energy efficient (tax credits)
• Repair drive/masonry cracks to minimize lifting from frost.
• Replace rotted trim (pre-primed and painted off site, as required.
• Shut down exterior hose bibs.
• Prune trees and scrubs.
• Clean gutters and seal openings from fascia.
